sorry bro,, i was starting to draw a simple wiring diagram for you but it ended up being wayyyy to complicated.... i would reccomend a prewired ballast if you can,, the only reason i went the way of an unwired one was because i know a thing or two about wiring diagrams... and it still took me a good hour to figure it out.... i dont know what will happen if you wire it wrong but i sure wouldnt want to find out... maybe someday if i have some extra time i will write a DIY for wiring ballasts... but right now i dont want to unwire my ballast to give you the proper step by step instructions on how to do it... i will see if i can get a better pic and label it for you... every ballast will have a different way of labelling their wires so bear with me.... mine uses words such as Cap and Com with X1, X2, or X3 preceding it. also with a multi-tap,, like i have,, you wont be using all of the wires... i am assuming you will be wiring it to 115V so thats what i will go with
i know it looks like a mess but thats what it is,, a mess of wires... see if you can follow the wires,, im sure you can get some idea off this picture,,
