How Use Rapid Rooters?

My buddy is going to be trying to start his seeds in Rapid Rooters, and his wondering what is the best way to start the seeds using rapid rooters. He is worried that if he just throws the seed in the hole and covers it up, that the hole is going to be to deep. So what is the best way to use them, when using seeds, as it seems that they are meant more for clones.

THANKS!!

I slightly wet the rapid rooters and place a seed in. The hole is deep enough. I don't cover the hole. I plant the whole thing in soil once the plant pops up.

There's a video from subcool from TGA Seeds that shows how he does it - using the rapid rooters upside down, poke a hole and place seed in. Subcool's video is on youtube, but I could never find it when looking.

I have done it both ways - both work.

Thanks!, I was just thinking the hole was to deep, he has them but is waiting for his seeds before he opens the rapid rooters.
