How to work your jounal...please help

Hey all,
Im not sure how to work the journal. I accidentaly posted something on there a while ago and have no idea how to get it off now that im wanting to start a real journal. Do i have go to my profile to get to it everytime?
If someone can, please help

Go to https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/ and just make a posat like you have here with your journal

You can keep a copy in your profile to if you like
