How to switch to 12/12

I was wondering if its better to reduce the lights by hours like 17/6 then next day 16/6 then 15/6 and so on or straight 12/12 or the whole 36 hours of total darkness then switch to 12/12 i know everyone doesn't use the same techniques i just need a little help

Just switch your timer to 12/12 and be done with it.

Some people want to Kick-Start the flowering with a 36hours night. IMO, it's useless stress. I'd just switch straight to 12-12

Agreed.. doesn't make sense to me either...

Straight to 12/12 for me too. I see pistols in less than 2 weeks.

12/12 works for me everytime

12/12 switch straight after your veg times. I would imagine a 24 hr onwards dark period would stress the ladies.
