How to ship Cannabis seeds from the US to the UK

Hey guys,

I have 10 seeds that i would like to send to the U.K to a friend, How would i go about doing this...I searched this up on google and couldnt find much about this particular manner, I know that Cannabis seeds are legal in England so i have a few questions

1. When i ship the seeds to the UK Would i need to wrap the seeds in foil or anything like that
2. Should i use a padded envelope
3. Will the US customs stop the shipment of the seeds to the UK or will they confiscate it
4. Do i need to write anything on the envelope like (Garden seeds - No commercial value) or anything like that
5. What do i need to make it discreet

use a fake return addy

the govs take the seeds and you know when they do upon arrival
use jonsmith or somthin dont put garden seeds
go to staples and get the plastic things that make a binder and little bags cut the binder to fit the bag ,put seed in bottom of bag slide binder over and tape pop the back of cd case open insertrt seed put back together and mail done it dozens of times
