im converting my shed into a greenhouse replacing all the panels with a mixutre of clear and white corregated plastic.

its 32ft x16ft and really high. to heat it atm with a greenhouse gas heater will cost me about $30 a day(is snowing outside).

So basically i want to seal it bubble wrap the crap out of it and run C02. this way my heating bill will drop dramatically. whats the best way to seal the shed, where the roof meets the other panels, the caps everything?

You're best option would be sheetmetal fascia and soffeting with silicon caulk to seal it. Pretty similar to what you'd do for vinyl siding.
