how to revive the dead?

my plants were doing great 3/4 week of vegging in soil -then tuesday i watered as usual went away and came back to a droopy sad looking plant tonight all the leaves were sort of lying down and the soil was bone dry - i,d forgot bough new fan and think it was a bit too strong and has dried out my grow room - what is best way to revive the plant none of the leaves are yellow or brown yet

have the fan on its lowest setting and water your plants 200ml every 48 hours. give a little fertilizer in a couple of days.

maybe its still a lil dehydrated..
