How to plant seedlings

This is my first grow. I have germinated the seeds. They split last night. Tonight when I get home I will put the seedlings into Rockwool. When they root outside the rockwool i willl transplant into soil. What way do I plan the seedling? Is that the root I see? Do I plant that down?

the root is the little white thing sticking out the bottom,,make sure that is facing down.
personally,,i wouldn't bother with the rockwool,,i'd go straight into the pots mate.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will skip the rockwool and go right to soil. What 1/4 inch hole in the soil for the root and light cover with soil?

yes mate,,thats how i used to do it,,but now i just stick my seeds just under the soil without germinating them first.
