How to mount an exhaust fan and run tubing with CO2?

I'm setting up a grow in a 2'x2'x6.5' closet set into the wall of my room a couple feet off the ground. Here is a picture of my closet:

For the exhaust, I will need to run some kind of tubing out from the closet, which will either exit behind the white shelf barely visible at the bottom-right of the above picture (would take about 5ft of tubing), or out to my other closet shown in this pic below (about 6.5ft of tubing; note the grow closet is on the left):

I also will have another tube running out to the wall to the lower-left of the closet for the intake.

I also want to use CO2 with some sort of regulator that keeps track of PPMs (hoping to spend about $100). This seems to be the best solution to handle the constant 80+ degree temperature in my room.

So, my questions are:

1. Do I just put the exhaust fan inside the tube?
2. What kind of tubing should I use in each/all cases?
3. Is the length of the tubing specified above too long for ventilation, and if not how should this affect my CFMs?
4. How do I combine ventilation with CO2 so I am not just losing all my CO2 immediately?
5. How can I hook up a cheap carbon filter?

Any help with any one of these questions is very much appreciated!
