How to Long to Let Hang Upside down for drying?

I am a super newbie and Just finished harvesting, its hanging in my grow room no lights upside down, with a fan and pht filter, how long do i let it hang before i put in jars to cure.

Ps smoked a little nugget that i tried in the vape. Oh baby, my ears were,itching face flushed one awsome high, then an hour latter bedy by time, wow amazing stuff ( Echoes never sounded better lol) also know what couch lock is now (grinning)

when the stem bends and cracks but doesnt snap off. if it snaps u dried way too much. try feeling the outside of the buds too. it the outer feels pretty dry youre ready to start curing

i only dry til the bud itself gets a little crispy on the outside and still moist inside then straight to the curing jars it does eventually get really moist but i just take the buds out of the jar and put them back a couple times a day for the first few days i enjoy looking at them while i do it too..i have dried til the stem cracks but for me thats way to long it ended up being too dry for my liking

This is my perfered way, but be careful, takes alot longer and can be acceptable to mold.
There is many that say it is a waste of time hanging the whole plant, does make it harder for trimming though.
But if you don't mind a little extra in your bud who cares.
