How to harvest an ounce of lowrider every week?

I want to harvest 1 oz every week. To do this i chose the lowrider plant. What equipment should I use to grow it hydroponically? I have a 150 watt HPS light, digital ph & ppm meter, foxfarm hydro nutes, rockwoll, air stones, bucket & rubbermaid tubs. But this was all used for my blueberry grow. What equipment and process should i use to harvest an oz a week... what light should i buy... should i use a bucket or something else... i heard that one lowrider will yield an oz.

since you want to grow 1oz every week then like he said plant a new seed a week and get another 150 hps or swich it out and get a 400 watt hps. That will ensure you yeild a oz or close to it.

I was thinking about gettin a 400 hps but im not sure if i should throw these in a rubbermaid tub... or a bucket or if there is some other way that lowriders need to be grown since there so freakin small

Put them in a rubbermaid bin.they should grow fine with that if you are going to use buckets I would place like 3 in 1.I would think 1 gallon pot per plsnt would be good

What i want to do is grow a new plant each week. To do this ill simply plant a feminized seed each week. Since lowriders grow in 2 months from seed to harvest I figured ide have around 9 plants going at any given time. Im totally doing a hydro system no doubt. So space will be of some concern. Maybe a rectangle rubbermaid would be better then the round 3 gal buckets?

Why not just get a one mother plant of a non auto flowering plant? This would be cheaper then buying a lot of seeds, and have better genetics. You could pick something like northern lights which has a fast flowering time, and do a sog with it. Putting two to four clones in ever week. If you can dial it to 7-10 grams a clone, you could pull even more then a ounce a harvest, in a small space. I am talking 12-15 clones per sq ft. Check out Dr.Bud .

That sounds good and i would really like to clone but im tight on space and if i get another type of plant then i might not have enough room for it unless its a short small plant like the lowriders... ill check into that thread thou.. thanks

Im really glad to see you in here blazin buds forever... im researching lowryder so i know how to grow them right. What type of hydro setup did you use and how many did you grow in it... do u have a journal or site i can check out to do some research on them?

EDIT: i feel like a dumass now.. im going to check out your lowrider grow journal now

good luck I love the lowryder. I got 2.5 oz from a single LR2 under a 400w hps and hydro .. any more questions?

How tall did your two lowriders get? Im looking for a short ass plant so i can pack them together and maximize the amount of bud/foot ratio

I am pretty sure what you are talking about is a CPS ( continuous production system) i would google it there is a ton of stuff out there about them. the basic idea is to have a flowering area and a vegging area.
Once those two things are established then every week or two weeks however long you want to go between harvests you do the following things.
take new clones from vegging plants
transplant clones that have formed roots
transplant plants from veg to flowering that are ready
and harvest plants from flowering that are ready
thats the basic idea anyway, after 2 or 3 months you should be on a good schedule of harvesting every week or however often you want.

Ive researched CPS but lowriders are an auto flower strain and only takes 2 months from seed to harvest .. ide like to clone them but ive heard that its impracticable to do so

cloning for sea of green is not impractical. buying a seed for 12-16 a week is though. i grew one plant, took ten clones. then i veged them for a few weeks and had 80 plants in no time at all. Also i wouldn't expect an ounce per plant until you know your strain well. I'm not downing the idea i'm just saying don't count your chickens until your eggs hatch. I would grow them in a rubbermaid dwc bubble system they'll grow like crazy. use less nutes until you know what they can handle. also if you harvest one a week you will probably want them to have seperate containers due to roots growing togeather just a thought.

good luck
