How to give bloom nutes if using miracle grow potting soil?

Ok guys so here's the question. I have a few plants in miracle grow soil. They were vegged for 2 weeks in a seed starter mix and then transplanted into 1 gallon grow bags containing their current miracle grow potting soil, this type to be exact http://www.lowes.com/pd_130307-446-74364300_0__?productId=3011700&Ntt=miracle+grow&pl=1&currentURL=/pl__0__s?Ntt=miracle+grow

So they have been budding for roughly 35 days and should have about 1 month left. I know that every time i water nutrients are released. So my question is would I be giving them to much nutes if I gave them a half dose of blooming ferts? I have a general hydroponics "MaxiBloom" granual fertilizer that is a 5-15-14 mix. Would it be ok to use the in my next watering? I know they need more phosphorous and potassium during budding so i need to get it to them some how.

Can anyone tell me if this will hurt my girls?

Would it be better to use as a foliar spray?
or use it in soil when watering? (It seems like they require watering about once every 4-5 days.) I believe instructions for maxibloom say use 1-2 teasp. once a week.a

And last question, I just bought some snow storm ultra. I used it with my last crop and it seemed to help so i decided to use it again. Can I use this with the maxibloom ferts and MG soil?

They are under a 1000w high pressure sodium bulb with plenty of air flow and fresh air. So im not worried about molding if i need to foilar feed.

Thanks in advance for the help.
