How To Get It Into Lyrics!

Me and my good friend always have the most interesting discussions when toking. We always come up with these deep questions and ideas that I think would make some good ass songs (I play guitar). So the other night, I got high and wrote down some of these ideas. But I cant get them onto paper as lyrics? Anyone else have this problem and how can I turn random thoughts into good lyrics?

maybe try thinking of words related to the main idea of the song. write them down. after that, go back and think of as many words as u can that rhyme with those words. from there, u can make some sort of sentence with different combinations. a nice blunt will probly help

you have to jam for hours on end. when you get a couple of riffs you dig down you start working on lyrics. use your notes for inspiration.

I sometimes get good versus when i listen to rap music, but they come to me like a lightning strike( i spit it out but then i forget most of it) so i just never write nothing down lol
