Ok so, dude's page is SUPER long but he explains how to hold a male in a flowering room without seeding the whole room. I've gotten & grown seeds from him myself, so i trust his methods & he makes it look & seem simple.

Males will show nuts and drop pollen during 18/6. You don't have to flip to make this happen

Are we really worried about pre flowers getting seeds? That doesn't have bearing on how it flowers.
If the concern is not seeding the flower room this does exactly that.

You seem to be missing the fact that they will fully develop balls and drop full pollen under any light schedule.

I always put my males in the flowering tent until sacks have formed, and then move it into a closet in a different room where I stage females for final veg after up potting before they go into flower. The light is on 24 hours in there, and the males will continue to flower there.
