How to fix an over watered seedling?

Hello all, second grow here of Pineapple Express auto flower. Plant is about 10 days from sprout and it seems that Iv overwatered it and it’s not recovering. I have not watered for 48 hours and the plant has not returned to normal and I’m very concerned. Any tips on how to help dry her out or if this is a completely different issue?

It will be fine just don't water again til the pot is light. Having a fan and a light breeze will help dry it out quicker

Next grow ditch the hard container.
