Any tip on how to deal with WPM (white powdery mildew) when growing outdoor in suboptimal enviromental conditions? I remove it when it's on the leaves, but it's impossible when it's on the flowers

Don't brush it off, that will just spread it. top and bottom of the leaves and the buds with the citric spray.
As well you can do a post harvest bath.

Use a preventative if this is an ongoing issue.
Regalia or Pure Crop1
You can alternate between those and Lost Coast or Green Cleaner

I swear by the product " Banish Fungicide ". This is a safe , natural fungicide ( geranium oil). You can even use when flowering. This product has never
failed me....it's incredible. I spent much time with MSDS ( Material safety data sheets), checking out ingredients , products of combustion etc. I've also spent a lot of time talking with chemist at different grow facilities who use Banish. I spent 40yrs working in environmental control , quantitative and qualitative chemical analysis so it's just my nature to scrutinize all product compositions. Lots of " bad" shit out there. I'm very at ease , no worries with "Banish" . I bought a small bottle off Amazon. It may sound pricey but just a small amount goes a long way.....and it works !

Outdoors in new England I've had some luck using lost coast plant therapy works better as a preventive though and even better luck with serenade garden spray maybe look into serenade. Spray .

Regalia is expensive but honestly really works.
In addition to that, try boost your plants natural immunity. Find a good source of Chitosan (basically crab shells if you wanna be real basic about it). Foliar sprays or supplements of kelp will help. Look up increasing your brix levels in Cannabis. The goal should be boosting brix levels and natural immunity to a point where your plants are able to fight it off.
The other answer is get different strains, ones that are known to be resistant to WPM.

Absolutely agree with all of this, you will find a good source of chitosan in insect frass and EWC (worm castings)
A healthy plant and a good prevention plan goes a long way.
