how to cool down a 111F space?????

so i have some space in my garage i was thinking of useing as a grow room..i whould say its about 4ftwx15ftLx10H off the top of my head..i want to seal it off from the rest of the garage and make it air tight:mrgreen: the only prob is: i took the temps for a day and it had a low of 76F and a high of 111F:cuss:..so i think i can make it work but i need some help...what do u guys/girls think.. any help is welcomed : i will be growing hydro,ebb&flow,sog, i have a 400watt hps, two 400& a 1000watt mh.. i want to keep the power down as much as i can..im in no rush i have a cab im going in the house but the ol lady is......you know:evil: thanks and peace....:blsmoke:

you dont want it air tite you need lots of ventalation or its very likely that they will be unhealthy ir die
you should put a small fan or big fan in the garage how big are the plants im new at growing i had a small plant with 4 leeves very healthy and then my mom killed it cause she got mad at me i just planted 2 seeds 1 week ago they were both unhealthy i think it was because they were very bad seeds out of a terrible sack of weed i got for free any suggestions hopefuly the seed i just recently planted will grow alright im sure it will because its great weed
but im open to any suggestions

your going to make a ceiling too, right ??

you can put some thick ass insulation on top of it.

here put this in the cavities.
PINK Fiber Glass Insulation

Cover inside of exteroir walls with this, in addition to the R-15
InsulPINK Foam Insulation Board


Going to want to use your power for lights not heating and cooling.
thanks that should help...one side of the wall is brick do u think that whould help or make it hotter?? yeah ill want to do the roof too, and yeah the sun hits the room from the out side..it on the east side so its gets alot of sun

Good and bad I think, slow to heat, slow to cool, could slap some foam board over it, some adhesive and concrete nails

I think the $$ spent on insulation won't be a waste, seeing where you live.
Its not too expensive.
