How to build a lung room out of an old bedroom?

I have an old bedroom that has a bunch of old shit in it ..I know I have to clean it out but after that what do I need to do to make a better lung room?

I have an old bedroom I want to turn into what I keep hearing about a "lung room" which is a room that you can control the temp in (I think) and I heard something about taping the windows off with something over them..
I guess "lung room" isn't that common of a term lol

It’s a common enough term. It’s just a room your tent(s) are in. The better you can control the temp, humidity, air flow and lighting in your lung room, the easier it is to control inside your tent.

Its common, but a lung room means, you have a tent in the room, and you use the "lung" room to help control the environment inside the tent.
 
before sealing off your window, if you plan to use the room as a lung room determine if you will need a window unit AC. Also, if you are using the entire room and not some of the space of the room you may consider using the room instead of a tent in the room
 
Is that vent separate from the rest of your home?

here goes.. Depend on where you live you may need..

Air Condition
Dehumidifier
Humidifier
Heater
Exhaust Fan(s)
Circulation Fans

and that is not including any grow gear. Those few devices can be used to create your lung room. The point of your lung room is to dial in the environment so when you put a powerful (hot) light and a bunch of plaints the temp and RH can be stabilized. If you think you can use your home central cooling/heating, unless the room is zoned by itself it will likely not work how you think

all depending how big you are going and if you want to do it right the first time or not.. If you are throwing a 2x2 in and growing one plant just go for it and pickup gear as you see the need.

The vent is in the corner of the room that I want to put my tent in..it just blows air or heat whichever we put it on. And ok cool my exhaust fan comes today, I have my 2 fans ready, and everything on there besides Humidifier/Dehumidifier
Also I'm just doing a small grow 2 or 3 plants in a 2.3x2.3
