How to build a good setup to put lights from

I already have plants that are into flowering, using cfls. My god damn lights keep falling on my precious tallest plant, and last night before I went out to get drunk at this party, I go to check on them, and of course I make the fucking light fall. The plants grow like 3 inches over night, every night, So i have to keep jimmy rigging my set up, and raising the lights. I need a cheap as hell, preferably able to steal all the equip, of a light set up. This is probably the fourth time this has happened in 3 weeks.

what do your lights look like Ive got a cool idea that im about to try out lemme see your lites and if it works I tell you my plan..lol

you said you would put up pics ...... so here goes without knowing what you have so this may or may not be waste of your time to read..sorry...if you have those y sockets that I see people let just hang w/ a can or no reflection at all, you know what its stupid even to explain it, how can I help you if I dont even know what you have, sorry for responding.
