How To Avoid Mold On My Intake?

now that it is winter heat and cold make moisture and moisture and wood =rot and mold here is a pic any ideas?

Im pulling air from a damp place too.My humiditys been high lately and my ladies are budding,that damp air has had me a little worried

my air is coming from my window that is sealed off sometimes i get ice build up in a 80 degree room its crazy then it melts runs down cords its fun got everything duct taped up pretty good my humidity is 45% try low humidity when flowering ,increases tri production!read about it tried it it worked!
