How to - 2 colas?

Hey, these are pictures of my 3 week old plant (and watch dog) just wondering how and where to cut the plant in order to produce two colas...?
I have read to cut the plant above the second true node as close to the third node; but Im not completely sure. Also, What is a true node? are those the nodes with 5 or more blades, or is the first node which has 1 blade and the second node that has 3 blades true nodes?
