Hungry. How and what are you feeding them. What are you growing in?They look ok, a bit light and fading but ok. The fade makes me think nitrogen and cal-mag.
 
What kind of soil are they growing in? Box store bag mix, (shudder) miracle grow, promix, backyard dirt?

Not the worst, but definitely not the best. Those are all slow release media meant meant for veggies. It can work but it won't be easy. I recommend something like Fox farms (happy frog, coco loco, ocean forest) when you try next, or if you transplant them. Roughly 20-30 bucks a bag.
