Polinate deez nuts.What's the strain. At 11 weeks I'm surprised their is not more amber. Did you ever stunt the plant? The longer you let it go to change from milky white to amber the harder it's gonna try to pollinate its self. The plant is not stable and will stop at nothing to make a seed. If you have a clone it will likely be more stable than the seed. My patience with her would be up in about a week or less.

My advice to you is next grow make sure you limit the number of stress factors that caused this plant to foxtail and throw bananas. Heat, lighting, ect. Dial your setup in. They're not ready if that's what you're asking.
