How strong lights for 2 days old seedlings?

Considering that it doesn't have many leaves to absorb the light, is it enough to run it with a 21w cfl or should i put them in the vegging chamber with 150w cfls?

I think i saw a comparison earlier where the seedlings under 450w hps were much bigger only after 6 days, makes no sense to me though

Be gentle with them for the first 7-10 days so they build strength. I would put them in the veg room with the 150 CFL. CFL's are not HPS and results will differ. HPS is for flowering anyways. You need the 6500 spectrum CFL for veg.

if your going to use hids for seedlings then make sure you have a fan blowing the heat away from the plant. heat and babies don't mix very well. i use a 400wtt mh from the getgo.
