How strong is concentrate (oil) through a vape?

Im a newbie, I use high cbd low thc dry flower/herb with my pax for pain relief. I am interested in the Bloom Farms vape pen that uses oil concentrate, but I am scared of getting too high or paranoid. They specifically have a high CBD low thc oil but its still a concentrate, which typically means much stronger. I can take about 5-10 hits from a pax with the dry herb of 10% cbd/5% thc and im ok. How strong is an oil conentrate in comparison? Will one hit completely mess me up??

Your tolerance may be different than mine but 1 small dab or hit off a vape pen is the equivalent of a bowl of fire meds. Use sparingly!
