How soon to harvest?

Partially outdoor grow. No real idea of the strain as they were given to me. Buds look pretty mature but they aren’t that big yet so I don’t know if I’m close to chop or not. I'm am curious what strain they are. Very purple and frosty but small.

Looks nearly done too me, give her another week, very nice looking plant, buds look dank
