How should I adjust PH?

Ok so I'm growin in soil and I may need a PH adjustment what do you think is the safest way to adjust PH? (up or down) thanks

The way you adjust the Ph with soil is to adjust the Ph of the water going into the soil.
If you dont have a hydro store near you your next best bet would actually be a pet shop.
Ive been in there a couple times and saw liquids to adjust Ph up or down in the fish stuff area.

Wak mart or homedepot or lowes sells ph up and down by the pool stuff.Like 8 bucks for a huge container of either
