How quickly for tricomes to change?

I currently have 4 RQS Zskittlez growing very well in 25 gal smart pots and under a double layer scrog.
I am wondering when it comes to harvest how quickly tricomes will change from cloudy to amber.
My plants are larger than expected so I may have to harvest and dry 2 plants and then roughly 6-7 days later harvest the other 2.
If i harvest the first 2 while they are 90-100% cloudy should that be enough time that the other 2 shouldn't be more than 30% amber?
I am sure its weather and strain specific but your opinions will help me make a decision.
