How often to water 2 week old seedlings with ebb and flow??

hi every1, just wondering how often i should be watering my 2 week old seedlings with my ebb and flow system?? im growing 4 plants in 4 inch net pots with clay balls and 1x1 rockwool cubes, the growing tray is also filled with clay balls.

I'd start with 3 feedings/day, that's what I use.

here is how I feed mine week1 every 45min / week2 every 1.5 hours / week3 every 2 hours / week4 every 2.5 hours/
week 5 through out flower every 2.5 hours

The plant will tell you the right time.
