How much would a room design like this cost.

I needed to know how much a design like this would cost roughly. I was planning on building a room like this for a long time, but never had the money to do it. Can anyone give me a rough estimate on how much a full room like this with venting, lights, and all the extra things need for a soil grow with 40 plants in veg for first month and then take 20 plants to the flower room and let the rest of the plants veg antil the others are done flowering.
I am trying to go the cheapest way possible, but still gave a half diecent grow room. Also will I need to get a breaker separate breaker for the 400w HPS or can everything connect to the house breaker box.

i would say somewhere in the 4-5k range for top notch equipment...not a very large space your workin with. and only plan on running a 400w? why not make the jump to a 600? the operational cost difference vs. the yield difference youd be crazy not to go 600!

i agree with goleboy about the 400 to 600w difference.

it doesnt have to cost that much tho. depending on the portable air unit, that will probably be the most expensive, but i think you can do this for under $2000 usd

true...$2000 bottom line, however i took into account, nutes, pots, soil, cords, timers, rez's ect...that shit adds up fast theese days, so im sticking with my 4k est.. Not to mention the cost of genetics...what strains you gonna be running IGROW?

dont no what equ,lights fans vent tube hood reflectors what building material ect but cheap 2000 in cali to 6000 so at least 2000 bro.just run a 400 hps they dont get hot mine is 10in away and just have oscallating fan on at all times it is cooler than my 8-4ft t12's and 2 cfl veg room but use t-5's they are much better,i'm goin to veg 10 from seed next grow small grow 400 mh and flr hps it is more lumens on less elec good luck bro.

ya its all the little shit that matters that will really add up.
2-4 thowow sounds about right....

i would do SOG on this space with no veg time that way you have a bigger size room to work with so you can keep your babies and moms in the same room and as soon as your babies have roots throw them into flower.

i dont believe it to be that much, look HPs $200.00, Flurescents $150-180.00, nutrients, soil, pots, fan $65.00, mylar, perlite, worm castings, 10 8' 2x4 $27.00, 3 sheets of 4x8 plywood $40.00, 2 sheets of sheetrock 12x4 stretchboard 1 bucket of sheetrock mud, 1 10' 2x4, 6" ducting 20', Ez cloner $50.00

I might spend another couple hundred throughout the whole grow so I think the total will be around a thousand dollers by harvest. But I asked for rollitups opinion so let me have it.

I believe I will be running a High yeilding, indica dominate, high THC, long flower time strain, I will possibly be doing more than one strain. This is a soil grow and the EZ cloner is a plastic toat with net cups, hydroton rock, rockwool cube, and air stones. I might be running a bigbud and white widow strain of some bagseed also.

This is a soil grow not EB N Flow, I only need like 20 1" rockwool cubes for the EZ Cloner and I alread have power strips and nutes from previous grow, I also have 2 4' flourescents and 1 2' flourescent also, sorry I should have mentioned this before.

you will still hit $4000 watch....thats how this hobby goes. and im assuming your $50 ez-cloner is a home made model....

Yes DIY EZ Cloner, and there is no way I will hit 4k because all I need is the lights and shit,I already have nutrients and shit from my past grow and I use rain water, and I have like 5 bags of FF HF soil.
