ok didnt kno where i should post this so i just decided to go wit general.

Im wonderin on how much i would be makin in weight if i was to grow 30 plants about a foot tall and using the sea of green method the container id be using uses hydroponics (ill post a url) and id be using advanced nutrients with theyre heavy feeding schedule for flowering.

im gonna be starting from seeds where afta the vegging i would take a couple for mothers so i can clone them and restart the process but for now im just wondering how much i would be growing.

heres the url for the grow system
<http://www.dealzer.com/servlet/the-79856/Hydroponic-System/Detail> i kno the description is kinda vague but i dnt have much room for growing and i wanna get the max amount of yield that i can and if anyone has eva used this product before plz lemme kno how it is

all help is appreciated

if you're doing a SOG with only 30 plants on 2 week cycle, you're only going to have 6 plants harvesting at a time (that's giving most strains a decent flowering period, if not more than enough). If you're talking about harvesting 30 plants every 2 weeks, you would have 150 plants. Which one is it? I'm assuming you mean 6 at a time. Depending on the strain, lighting, system, temp, etc... anywhere from 6 oz to a few lbs. I guess. It takes a second to get a good SOG dialed in so you know exactly when your harvest is going to be, and when you should clone.

well as i mentioned above im gonna be startin from scratch so i was thinkin that id grow the 30 plants to 12'' or so then take about 3 for mothers then use the typical 2 week harvesting method but during the first initial crop id be focused on the top cola as in the sog method so im more or less wondering on the first harvest wat id be gettin afta that yes i would be harvesting about 6 plants every 2 weeks and the system showed under the url above uses t5 lighting is hydroponic and is 28''x28''x68'' so the plants actually grow on the side walls ill be using a trellis net for support.

You won't get much out of that system with a SOG set up. That's something that you would put clones in and grow them to the point to be flowered. If you're going for weight you're going to need more space, and more light. If you're wanting to spend that kind of money, get an EZ clone machine, and then some type of DWC set up for flowering with 2x600 or 2x1000w HPS.

That thing is expensive for what it is, and you can get results that are just as good or better from something WAY cheaper. It's your money though, man. Don't let me tell you how to spend it.

nah i realized it was expensive just that space is tight and i appreciate all the help i had originally thought about goin with the dwc for flowering and the ez cloner but i had thought that maybe wit this sytem i could save some space i guess in the end its just another ripoff like most of the convienient hydroponic systems lol although if u have heard of any hydro systems that are "stealthy" and space effiecient lemme kno
