how much water?

so i have 1 seedling thats a week old in a small cup with a 40w cfl light that i keep on 24/7 iam watering once a day at 8.am around 50ml-100ml each time can anyone tell me if this is good?

you dont need to water everyday at all.. wait until the medium is almost dry before watering again.. overwatering can drowned out roots, cause slow growth, root rot, or plant death...

You don't have to water every day just make sure that the seedling's don't dry out.By feeding less this will force the seed to send out spredder roots in search of water giveing you a far better root system.You want the root system to fill the whole of the pot it is in by watering every day you will find that the plant will become preaturely root bound.
