how much more should i w8 for harvest?

hello everyone, newbie here! this is my first grow. a survivalwarrior white widow ( seeds w more than 3 years in a drawer only 1 out of 15 germinated)

the little princess is in the 6th week of flowering. i've read that flowering last about 8 weeks but this doesnt look ready.
