How much light is needed?

I am building my own LED light system. Each has ( T8 4' LED lights. 4 red and 4 blue/white. Each bulb is rated for 1248 luminus. 10,000 luminus total? With those numbers, I am wanting to know what kind of coverage are we talking? How many plants would it accomidate without too much crowding? Sorry for so many question marks. Thanks Guys.

thats good for like 2 sqft.

it depends on the spread of the light because the higher you have it the more you will fit under it but then you loose lumen's...
but i think i read somewhere 2000 per plant is like the minimum if you are trying to grow some medium/high quality draw 5000 for top notch hard as rock buds...
(all just what ive read not from experience)
