how much can you yeild?

wats the most ONE plant can yeild? i was wondering this today when i heard on nat geo that ONE can yeild up to a full lb. now ive had two grows and they were no where near an elbow for one plant. and this was from indoors jus like nat geo had said. they say they do this shit in Florida and that Fl grows the most indoors in the nation. i dont know bout that last part, but maybe.

ive seen an oudoor plant about 3 metres tall and it banged out about a kilo... No lie, some outdoor plants are beasts!

one indoor plant yielded 5.2 oz dry! it was a monster!
