most indoor plants give u about 1-10 ounces

outdoor it depends on how good u are my mate just harvested 2 pound off one plant and he's just a mug..

i must just add if u keep topping ur plant there will be more head sites,but omg it will be slow if u do that,but some people have plenty of time
