It all depends on many factors.

If you're talking about, say a 4 foot plant that has been completely pollenated, you might have a few thousand seeds.

But if you are talking about just dusting a few buds per plant, well you're talking anywhere from 10 to 100 seeds per bud.

Does that help?

I had a feminized WW plant accidently pollenated by a Caramelicious on my first grow. I just let it go and I ended up with 200-300 seeds. BTW, I have grown at least 6-8 plants from these seeds, and the weed is pretty good. Primarily WW I suppose.

Depends on the size of the plant among other variables. If you were seeking to pollinate an entire plant it may produce anywhere from 300-600 seeds. You could pollinate a few buds or a single cola and yield from it 50 or more seeds.

The purpose of the 'hairs' that you see on flowering buds (the stigmas, protruding from the calyx) is to lie in wait for pollen, which will attach to the stigmas and result in fertilization of the calyx. Once a calyx is pollinated the seed will develop within it. Each calyx on the plant could be viewed as a potential seed.
