how many plants can you fit in a 1m squared tent?

I was wondering what is the optimum amount of plants which a 1m squared grow tent can hold. I was looking at 16 plants in 11 litre pots under a 400w light. Also has anyone got any opinions on what would be the best reflector to use which will cover the whole of the tent? Many thanks in advance.

16 is too many. I have 5 in 2 x2 under a 400. 9 might work if you have plenty of vertical room.

Still think that's too much. Look at my grow to see how crowded even four plants can get in there. Before the screen went up, it was already too dense to see the floor. If you do a SOG you can fit a lot more. Up to you. Also, I use a Blockbuster 6 inch from Sun Systems. Perfect coverage for the tent.

If riddleme says four, then maybe you should do four. haha. Guy knows his shit.
