How Many Of You Sanitize The room After flowerings done

i just wanted to no if i should be Sanitizeing the room every time i get a crop and what should i use to clean it one person told me wipe everything down then take javex and spay everything then turn the out fan on (24 Hours) then leave it for a day do i do this or is there something better

I don't know what javex is but I just wipe down with soap and water.

You can use specialized grow room cleaners like "Wipeout" or "Javex" or you can just put 1 part bleach to 7 parts water and spray everything down that way also. Just spray it on, you don't have to wipe, let it air dry, takes an hour or so. I do this every single grow.
