Yes, she is ready to be topped whenever you are. It's hard to get it wrong really. I top wherever I feel like it's a good spot depending on what I plan to do with the plant. Some I mainline and some I just top and LST. Depends on how they look and how much time I have. I hope that makes sense, but I am stoned.
