How many days after switching to 12/12 do you start to see flowering?

How many days after switching to 12/12 do you start to see flowering? I'm on day 4 of 12/12 (Personal prop 215 medical grow) and really don't see much if anything.
 
ive been vegging the clone for 3 weeks but who knows how long it was sitting at the club. I have to do my dark cycle during the day because of the heat. I try to keep it as dark as possible. Any other suggestions?
 
Clone 3weeks should be good to go! If they get light any time of dark period is just like having them still veg...if you can get it darker use a couple tarps or something to get it DARK! Even try 13hrs dark period. Are you outdoors or in?
 
idoor closet grow with the closet open about 6 inches but covered with panda film (some light leaks), prop 215 legal grow too btw just for teh recordgl

You need to cover the small light leaks small big no difference...still a leak in light, which can effect the flowering process!
 
Think I would get better results if i changed my dark cycle to 3 pm till 4 am? (13 hours) then do my light cycle 4 am till 3 pm (11 hours), I can't have the lights on from 3-7 because of the heat.

Right now my dark cycle is 11 am to 11 pm and the light cycle is 11 pm to 11 am (Because of the heat during the day)
 
Sounds good I had it that way too...gets hot at 3pm!!!

....but make sure there is no light leaks that is more important than the dark period.

when i switch to flower i give it 24hours of dark then 12/12 plus i feed it a bud enhancer (bud blood) to promote faster flowering and more flower spots..i usually see the first lil bud the first week
 
Yeah I heard that about the 24 hours of dark thing, I want to do that. I turned my lights off at 11 am today, so should I just keep them off till 4 am when I start my new light/dark cycle? (thats 18 hours of dark instead of 24). Would that be ok or will that stress the plants?
 
I was just outside and checked out my few. They have been out there, came from an 18 artificial to a natural setting, about 2 weeks. I found 2 males. and 4 la' femme.

I was going to dry the purple male tops, but I got stung by a hornet who wouldn't get off my knuckle, and my arm is red. benadryl and some herbs I have around here somewhere.

We are losing 2 minutes 55 seconds a day, almost down to 13 hours visible at my latitude. And by the way, I only can recognize the males vs. fems this early because of a post I read here with pics.

yea your plant can take like a week of darkness so dont even trip..when i switch to 12/12 i give it 20-35 or so hours of darkness depending on what times i want it to come on and go off
