how many computer fans can run off a cpu psu without loss of cfms

im tired of all the power adapters on my totes want to run one psu supply i found on here some nice psu mods on diy forum but tried google to see how many u could run and come up empty

Depends on the amperage rating of the PSU's 12v line. Also depends on the amperage rating of the fans. For example if the PSU says 12v 8A then you could run (16) 500mA fans at 12v. Probably best not to max out the line though leave a bit of breathing room.
