How many CFLs?

Ive got one plant going, will 2 60W CFLs and 2 100W CFLs be enough for just the one during the Veg? i dont plan on growing it super big.. maybe just 3 Feet Max.

Also.. Would it be best to use ONLY 2700k Soft White Bulbs during flowering.. Or should i Mix 2700k and 6500k for *Flowering*

only use soft white to flower I change my bulbs in my lamps from daylight to soft white if you have a ot of cfl's it dosen't hurt to leave the daylight.
