How long til the girls ready to be pollinated?

Hello, hoping to find out the signs of when i should pollinate the flowers I want to seed.

right now!!! the longer u wait the longer u will wait for the seeds at the end of the harvest and possibly lose quality and dankness..if u do it sooner then later u will have seeds that pop out just when u need to harvest it

How many weeks have you been flowering?
Doesn't look ready to me.

Almost 3 weeks, they dont really look like they're ready for it but im trying to figure out some indications, for instance, right now theres tons of white hairs coming out but as you see if there are buds they're tiny and buried under white hairs.

right now im telling u...i just did it with my heavy duty fruity..if theres white hairs it can be pollinated..thats all it takes
