how long in rockwool cubes

how long should i wait before planting my seedlings that are in rockwool into my hydro kit? most of them have a root popping out the bottom of the cubes and all have 4 leaves showing. its been about a week now since ive put them in the rockwool

I put mine in as soon as i see roots, with light nutes about 300-450 ppm.
