Take your freshly cut buds and place them in a cardboard box or a Tupperware container without a lid. After a few days move them into a sealed container. That will slow the curing process enough to allow the inside to wick what moisture is left to the outer portion ensuring an even drying. Make sure you open the jar or whatever daily to turn the buds and to allow some fresh air in. After about 4-7 days of curing in the jar they should be ready to go. That is the perfect time to vacuum seal what you want to store for later. Nothing protects the potency and freshness as well as vacuum sealing. Avoid the freezer or refrigerator. That's only going to give you problems. Once you have them cured keep them in a jar or vacuum sealed in a dark place with a stable temperature.
