How long can you cure/store Bud?

What is the longest you can cure and store bud? I’m just wondering if it was possible store bud for more than 2 years? Can it be done or will if just degrade and rot?

Dunno! I've never managed to hold onto weed for longer than a few months!!

But I've heard....In a freezer, if it's sealed up well, with not too much air-space, dried bud will keep for 2 years. Potency may drop off slowly over time though so it won't be primo

Mexi red .... about 7 months . Was actually grinding it for my volcano when I seen this thread.

I think they have found it in like the tombs in Egypt and it was still viable.. i doubt anyone smoked it... but hey it was still there which is something.
