How long after stipules do pre flowers show?

My first grow and I have stipules showing, how much longer til preflowers show? Its bagseed, dont know strain, but the plants are about 2.5 weeks old

Stipules are part of the leaf. Not relevant.

Preflowers usually show at about 4-5 weeks in normal growing conditions. Sometimes it's earlier, sometimes it's later.

My plant showed at 3 weeks.
