I would get the MH/HPS version of that set up, but yeah it looks like a good one. I get all my stuff from them.

yeah it is a good one, the best investment as far as lighting goes is in the reflector, you need one that spreads the light out evenly, so far the best ones ive found are the lumenarc made be pacific garden supply, nothing even comes close in terms of throwing out an even foot print and the best budget ones are the adjustable bat wings ones
