How is it looking?

first time grower, google has been the answer for everything up until this point. I have 2 plants and obviously one isn't growing at all. got them as clones 2.5 weeks ago. The one plant that isn't growing hasn't died but it also hasn't grown. any ideas? aside from that, how does my one plant look guys? Healthy? any suggestions?
just switched to flower a couple days ago.
Humidity is 45% temp is 75.3 running dwc with one pump for my two buckets with air stones and the flora series for nutrients.

I'm concerned with the last 2 pic's as there seems to be what looks like PM (Powdery Mildew) or maybe bugs such as mites?

I also see the tips going yellow, this could be the start of a cal-mag def

Yah I originally started out using my tap water which is really hard water so when I misted them, they got salt stains/buildup.
The tips going yellow are on the one that hasn't grown at all but also hasn't died :/
